Just got back from therapy. 

Intake today: 1 bag of veggie chips (130 cal)

6 diet pills.

So i went to therapy, & had to explain that i was super lightheaded n dizzy all day, esp right before i came, every time id laugh- the room would start spinning. So she got all concerned and she just so happened to have chocolate cake slices. and wouldnt let me leave til i ate it all. I tried eating super super slow so i wouldnt get very far til our time ended- then she made me stuff it in my mouth so i would have energy to drive home. & shes going to start weighing me every week too. going to add even more anxiety. great. she gave me some candy for my drive home, but obviously wasnt going to eat that... my friends on her way over to make a dessert. which i will not be tasting. after that cake i feel awful! about to consume my next 6 diet pills. 

im off to go try to relax. focus on hw.

I got this little AM/PM pill/vitamin container. Each side is stuffed. 
2 jillian Michael's fat burner each, 
2 CliniCAL each (2 am/ 2 pm), 
2 diuretics each, 
1 antibiotic from dermatologist, each. 
7 pills am & pm. haha is that a bit much? lol 
Theyre all not too intense though. After that one day... ONE DAY... of using hydroxycut and ended up at the urgent care clinic getting an EKG (Electrocardiography) because i couldnt catch my breath for two days... 
I play it safer with these pills. hah so be careful you guys!
