so i was with my friend all day, we went to a baseball game...and i admit....I totally pigged out. like heffer! so gross i know. wanna hear? dont hate please.
1 apple 1 tbs peanut butter
1 cup garlic fries
1/2 hot dog
1/2 cup frozen yogurt
10 triscuits (reduced fat) w/ slices of cheese.
Could have been worse i know, but still !! thats a lot! especially for how ive been eating lately.
So, in a panic, i got home (absolutely exhausted, could have easily passed out) but it got my [jiggly] ass to the gym & burned off all calories to a net intake of approx 0 (or below)... yay!
I feel a little better knowing that i worked off all the intake calories (somewhere around 700-800). but after eating all that shit, your body just feels heavy and gross...and my tummy hurts. :/
but, i had to push through! and it feels amazing. haha cheesy moment. sounds sort of insincere, but its true. im in a much better mood now.
and now my ears are ringing bc i listen to my music wayyyyy too loud...
oh so at the baseball game, there were these chairs lined up near a fence in the main stadium hallway where all the food was, and it was all for handicapped people, or overweight people who couldnt sit in the normal sized chairs! so embarrassing... earlier that day, my friend and i had this huge debate about obesity-empathy-and control/power. and how i use to have more empathy (i still do) for overweight people, but i've come to a realization that they can actually change, they can play the victim and blame genetics or emotion or whatever, but ultimately its no different than a drug addiction (well sort of, because you cant just avoid food altogether...) but, its something that can be changed and in control and you can get help and get healthy and etc etc. but its partially the food industries fault, and partly the person/parents/society/community/cultures fault. its sad. but now when i see a morbidly obese person sitting in their wheelchair chowin down on 10 burritos, its just like putting a gun to your head. there needs to be a break in the chain, people are trying to fix this epidemic, but its difficult. we need our power back. people see what the average weight was in like the 50s & 60s and think "wow they are skinny!!"... no! were just a bunch of fat asses now with distorted vision. hopefully as a species we'll get back on track. or wall-e is going to be an accurate prediction. heh
thats all folks!
gnight.
